Kroegeten: Poke Bowls + [Quenouille] CyQlus

Deze avond beginnen we met een kroegetentje, en we gaan dit keer genieten van een uniqum. Het wordt namelijk de welbekende hawaiaanse delicatesse poke bowl! Zie het voor je, een perfecte samenstelling aan sushi rijst, toppings, wasabi mayonaise, teriyaki dressing, tempura nori chips en een eigen keuze aan proteïne. Zo krijg jij dé perfecte balans aan voedingsstoffen binnen om daarna gezond in de kroeg door te blijven borrelen.

Na het kroegeten is het dan eindelijk zover, de Quenouille CyQlus is er dan weer! Dit jaar is alles in het thema van gezond en milieu bewust koken.

De poke bowls bestaan uit het volgende:
Sushi rijst
Lente ui, komkommer, zeewiersalade en sojabonen
Wasabi Mayonaise, Teriyaki Dressing en Nori Chips
Keuze uit: Zalm of Crispy Chicken
(Met allergiëen/dieëten zijn alternatieven beschikbaar)

De kosten voor het eten zal maximaal €5,- bedragen.

This evening we will start with a pub dinner, and this time we'll enjoy something unique. We'll be enjoying a well know hawaiian delicacy called poke bowl! Envision it, a perfect harmony of sushi rice, toppings, wasabi mayonaisse, teriyaki dressing, tempura nori chips and your own choice of proteins. This way you'll get the perfect balance of nutritions in order to keep you well and healthy in the pub so you can stay and drink further.

After the pubdinner it's finally time, the Quenouille CyQlus will begin again! This year everything will be in the theme of cooking healthy and eco-friendly.

The poke bowls exist of the following:
Sushi rice
Spring onion, cucumber, seaweed salad and sojabeans
Wasabi Mayonaisse, Teriyaki Dressing and Nori Chips
A choice between: Salmon or Crispy Chicken
(There are alternatives with allergies/diets)

The cost for the dinner will be a maximum of €5,-
